I believe my memory foam mattress is faulty, how do I make a Life Last claim?

We will ask you to email us giving a clear description of what the fault with the mattress is. We will also ask you to email photographic evidence of any physical defects or visual faults with the item.

We aim to respond to all reported faults within 24 hours.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee with all of our products on memoryfoamshop.com

 

The guarantee is simple and works like this:

You may try your product for a minimum of 21 days and if you don’t like it, you can return it to us for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Please remember to keep the original packaging to include with your return.

 

Why is there a minimum trial period of 21 days?

The reason we insist on a minimum 21 day trial period is because it always takes time to adjust to a new mattress, especially if your purchase is your first ever memory foam mattress.

 

What is the longest period I can try a mattress out for?

The maximum length of the trial period is 30 days, so you must contact us between 21 and 30 days to let us know if you wish to return your item.

 

Who arranges and pays for the return?

Under the satisfaction guarantee it is the buyer who arranges and pays for their own return.

We recommend you try the services from www.parcelmonkey.co.uk or www.nightfreight.co.uk as a starting point for arranging returns.

Please remember you will need to contact us for a returns reference before items can be sent back to our warehouse. Returns without a reference may be refused at the delivery point by our Warehouse Manager.

 

What if I wish return my purchase within 7 working days under my ‘right to cancel’ within the distance selling regulations?

You may cancel your purchase within 7 working days (starting the day after delivery). Under the ‘right to cancel’ goods can be inspected but not used. You will still need to arrange your own return of the items.
