Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days of purchase (excluding offshore deliveries and remote Scottish regions.)
All of our Memory Foam Mattresses are stored and sent in environmentally friendly compressed roll packs for added convenience. The rolls can be easily transported by car so where possible, you may want to have the item delivered to your office or work address.
Our Memory Foam Mattresses can then be easily carried upstairs before they are opened and allowed to expand.

What is the most convenient way to organise delivery?
Consider having items delivered to you at work (or where someone is normally available 9-5 Monday to Friday). All of our mattresses are compressed and roll packed, so can be easily transported by car.
How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
We will email confirmation around 5pm the night before your delivery is due (or on Friday, if your delivery is due Monday.
Can I request a specific day for delivery?
Yes you can, but please place your order as soon as possible (preferably two or more working days before you need the item).
Can I request a specific time for delivery?
No we cannot specify delivery times.
I missed my delivery today, what happens now?
The courier will try again on the very next working day. Please make sure someone will be available to receive this second delivery as further attempts will incur additional charges.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Unfortunately no UK couriers offer a competitively priced Saturday service. For this reason we can only arrange deliveries between Monday and Friday.
However, the carrier depots are open Saturday mornings until midday if you would like to collect your order. All of our mattresses are compressed and roll packed, so can be easily transported by car.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
In order to protect buyers against fraud we can only deliver to the address you provide with your order details when making payment.
